There are four divisions in our bureau that manages finance, municipal public and non-public properties, public purse payment, local finance and tobacco & liquors management. The goals of each division’s measurements are as follows: 一、 Financial Management Division: To match with the political measurement to finance exchequer and to reinforce financial management & allocation, the division is to increase financial efficiency so as to actively promote all kinds of sources development and solidify economy. 二、 Public Properties Division: To progressively manage lease and occupancy of the municipal non-public housing to enhancing the management efficiency of the public lands. Dealing with discipline and exploitation of the non-public properties to increase public purse’s income. 三、 Public Purse Payment Division: To match with the measurements, the division will centralize the management of the exploitation of public capitals so that it enables to establish a well-organized administrative process procedure for public purse. By doing so, it will upgrade the public purse’s payment quality, making sure that the public purse payment will be accurate and be convenient for the public, which will then protect the rights of the sum takers and will fully support municipal support. 四、 Finance and Tobacco & Liquiors Management Division: Supervising the business of all cooperative banks within our city in order to solidify the operation of local finance. In terms of tobacco & liquors, the division will reinforce wanting and prohibiting the circulation of delinquent tobacco & liquors in order to protect consumers’ healthy and maintain market ordedrs.
