The Chiayi City Health Bureau provides three measures for preventing heatstroke: "Drink plenty of drinking water, choose the right place, and pay attention to wear." People should pay attention to heat damage and take preventive measures in places such as homes, kitchens, schools, military forces, and farms, livestock and fishery areas, such as high temperature and high humidity. 

The first trick: drink plenty of water, drink regularly, do not wait until thirsty to drink! In 
summer to avoid alcohol and a lot of sugar drinks, drinking room temperature boiled water is the thirst-quenching drink. Drink at least 2100 ml of boiled water daily, especially before, during, and after exercise, and consider the amount of water suitable for your sweat and your body condition to avoid dehydration. 

The second measure: Choose the right time and place, the temperature, humidity must be tight! 
Outdoor activities should be arranged in the morning or evening when the temperature is low, avoid high temperature (10am to 2pm), and provide shade or Air-conditioned air-conditioned activity venues are preferred, indoor ventilation should be noted, and excessively high humidity may also lead to heat stroke; parents are reminded to avoid leaving children alone in the car, so as to avoid a rapid rise in the air temperature within a short period of time. Caused thermal injury to children in the car. 

The third measure: Pay attention to wear, moisture wicking and sun protection, everything is indispensable! 
Summer clothing is light and light-colored, breathable and perspiration-proof clothing is better. When you go out, you can wear a wide-brimmed hat and rub sunscreen lotion to protect the body. Avoid sunburn, wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from UV rays, wear lightweight, waterproof and breathable sneakers to protect your feet.

The high-risk groups of heat injury include hot and humid environmental workers (such as cooks, farmers, workers), athletes, the elderly, children, maternal, obesity, cardiovascular, hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and metabolic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism). , mental illness patients, and common thermal injuries are divided into enthusiasm (sweat, muscle cramps), heat failure (a lot of sweating, cold skin, pale face), heat stroke (unconsciousness, fever over 40 degrees, according to severity), The skin may be dry and red. If it is not properly treated, it may lead to myocardial infarction or cerebral stroke or even death from multiple organ failure. The Health Bureau urges everyone to help him or her quickly leave the high temperature environment if symptoms of heat stroke occur. Rest on his back, use a towel or sponge soaked in water to wipe the body, or on the body to wipe water and fan to reduce excessive body temperature, and immediately hit 119 as soon as possible to send a doctor, emergency 5 steps: 1. shade, 2. undressing, 3.
